A person reads and answers every message.

Complaints and disputes

We reply to complaints within 14 days. We take part in out-of-court dispute resolution by the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, vvtat.lrv.lt).
