Terms

Enrize Wellness is run by UAB „Enrize“, a private limited company (uždaroji akcinė bendrovė, UAB) entered in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania (Juridinių asmenų registras), kept by the State Enterprise Centre of Registers (VĮ Registrų centras), under company code 307608150. VAT number: LT100020132219. Address: Trinapolio g. 41, Vilnius, Lithuania. Email: hello@enrize.com. By using Enrize Wellness you agree to these terms.

These terms are offered in these languages: English, Lietuvių, Latviešu, Eesti, Polski, Deutsch, Nederlands, Français, Español, Italiano, Português, Română, Dansk, Svenska, Suomi, Shqip. Every language version is equally valid; if they ever seem to differ, the meaning more favourable to you applies. They're always on this page, where you can save or print them.

What Enrize Wellness does

Enrize Wellness is a directory. It lists wellness and beauty services from independent salons, spas, studios and practitioners, and products from independent shops and brands, so you can search and compare them. When you choose one, Enrize Wellness sends you to the provider's own booking page or shop (which may be a marketplace such as Amazon or Etsy) to book or buy and pay. You don't need an account. Enrize Wellness doesn't take bookings, sell anything or take payments. Prices, photos and details come from the provider's listing, or for a place that isn't a partner yet, from its own website; the price, availability and stock on the provider's site are the ones that count. Companies can also offer Enrize Wellness to their teams, under a separate written agreement with us. To use Enrize Wellness you need a current web browser with JavaScript turned on.

You must be 16 or over

Enrize Wellness is for people aged 16 and over. That's our own rule, not a legal age, and in many countries it's stricter than the law.

Not medical advice

Enrize Wellness and the listings on it describe wellness and beauty treatments and products; they don't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and they don't replace a doctor. Some treatments and products aren't suitable for everyone: saunas, cold plunges, massage, waxing, lash and skin treatments, and some cosmetics and skincare can be affected by pregnancy, heart or blood-pressure conditions, skin conditions, medication and allergies. If that might apply to you, check with a doctor first, tell the provider before your appointment, read a product's ingredients, and ask for a patch test where one is offered.

Listings on Enrize Wellness

  • Listings by independent providers. The provider runs the service or sells the product and writes its listing. You book or buy and pay on the provider's own site, under their terms (including cancellations, delivery, returns and refunds), and your agreement is with them. Enrize Wellness isn't a party to it. We check listings before they show, but we can't check every detail of every service or product.
  • Places that aren't partners yet. Listings marked “Not a partner yet” are real places that haven't joined Enrize Wellness. We list them from their own public website, with the prices, opening hours and photos they publish there; their photos load from that site. There's no member price for them yet, and their “Book” button opens their own site or shows how they take bookings. If something differs, their own site is the one that counts. A place that would like its listing changed or removed can write to hello@enrize.com, and we'll do it.
  • Member deals. Some providers offer a discount code to people signed in to Enrize Wellness. The provider sets the deal and its conditions and applies it on their own site; Enrize Wellness passes the code on but can't guarantee it, and the provider's terms apply. A listing with a member deal comes before others that match your search equally well (see How results are ordered).
  • Demos. While providers are joining, Enrize Wellness may show demo listings, always marked “Demo”. The salons, spas, shops, brands and people in them are made up. Their photos and portraits are made with AI and labelled “AI-generated image” (or “AI” on small pictures). They show how Enrize Wellness works, and their “Book” or “Buy” button opens a stand-in page, not a real provider's site.
  • Enrize picks and “Why we like it”. Some listings carry an “Enrize pick” mark or a short “Why we like it” note. They're our own view, from looking through the live listings once a quarter, and the note is shown apart from the provider's description. Nobody pays for them.

How results are ordered

Search results show only the listings that match the filters you choose and all the words you type (if none matches them all, the ones that match some of them). Then you choose the order:

  • Best, the order you start with: first, how well a listing matches the words you typed (its name counts most, then the kind of service or product, then its other details and description); then real listings before demos; then partners before places that aren't partners yet; then listings with a member deal before those without; then a balance of price and time, the cheaper and shorter together, the higher; then by name.
  • Cheapest: the lowest price first, in euros (for memberships, the price per month), then the shortest, then by name. Listings whose price is only on the provider's site come last.
  • Quickest, for services: the shortest first, then the cheapest, then by name.
  • Discover, the deck you swipe, deals services only, the ones that fit your answers best first. What you want to book counts most, then the city, then your budget, then the kind of venue. Services in another city, and services that fit less than 30%, aren't dealt; you still find them in Explore, which shows the same fit next to each service without changing its order. Services that fit equally well keep the Best order. Your answers stay on your device.
  • Selections: the home page shows services that have a photo, taking turns between the kinds of treatment, and a few products with a photo. There, and among a place's other listings, real listings come before demos, then partners before places that aren't partners yet, then Enrize picks, then single visits before memberships, then services before products, then the longest and the highest-priced. Cities and kinds of treatment are listed with the most listings first. “More like this” shows the listings most like it: the same kind of treatment or product counts most, then the same city, then what they're good for.
  • For you, on the home page and on You: a few services picked in your browser from what you saved, liked and answered in Discover. Among the ones that fit, new listings and member deals come first. Each shows why it's there: a similar kind of service, the same city, new, or a member deal. Services you saved or passed on aren't shown there again. It doesn't change the order of search results, and you can turn it off on You.

Partners come first because a partner keeps its own listing up to date and can offer member prices. Among partners, nobody can pay us to rank higher: there is one listing fee, and we don't sell placement, Enrize picks or notes. The only thing a provider can add that moves a listing up is a member deal, and only in Best order, after how well it matches your words. No AI decides the order: with the same listings, the same search always gives the same order.

Member accounts

Membership is free. You join with your email, and we send you a link to sign in, with no password. Members see the codes providers offer as member deals; each provider decides its deal and can change or end it. You can stop at any time: sign out, or write to hello@enrize.com and we'll close your account and delete your data. If you don't sign in for 3 years, your account is deleted automatically. How we handle your data, including the anonymous counts providers see, is in the Privacy Policy.

How you join. On You, or on a listing with a member deal, enter your email, tick the box to confirm that you're 16 or over, that you agree to these Terms and that you've read the Privacy Policy, and send. Until you send, you can check and correct your email; if you sent a wrong one, just send again with the right one. Then open the link we email you: it signs you in. We record which version of these Terms you agreed to, and when; ask us if you'd like a copy of that version.

Using Enrize Wellness fairly

Don't misuse Enrize Wellness: no scraping, no attempts to break or overload it, no false or abusive reports, and nothing unlawful. If you do, we may limit or stop your access or close your account. Unless the law stops us, we tell you why, and you can ask us to look at it again. What providers may list is in the Provider Terms.

Reporting illegal content

If you think something on Enrize Wellness is illegal, such as a listing, a photo or a description, or that it breaks the Provider Terms, tell us: use “Report this listing” (or “Report this provider”) on its page, or write to hello@enrize.com. Please include:

  • where it is: the link to the page;
  • why you think it's illegal or breaks the rules, as precisely as you can;
  • your name and email, unless you're reporting child sexual abuse material;
  • that you believe in good faith that your report is accurate and complete.

We confirm we've received your report, look at it carefully and objectively, and tell you what we decided and what you can do if you disagree. A person decides; we don't use automated tools. If we take a listing down, we tell the provider why, but not who reported it, unless that's needed (for example, for a copyright claim). If what you report suggests that someone's life or safety is in danger, we tell the police at once.

Liability

We work to keep Enrize Wellness accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be either. We're not responsible for the services providers deliver or the products they sell; your agreement for those is with the provider. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, such as for death or personal injury we cause, or for harm we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, and nothing takes away your rights as a consumer.

Changes and law

We may change these terms only for one of these reasons: the law changes, or a court or authority requires it; we add, change or stop a feature; we need to deal with misuse; or we make them clearer. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change could affect you, we explain it here at least 30 days before it applies, unless the law requires it sooner. Members are asked to agree to the new version when they next sign in. If you don't agree, you can close your account before the change applies, at no cost.

Lithuanian law applies, without taking away the protection of the mandatory law where you live. If you're a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.

Contact and complaints

Contact. Write to hello@enrize.com in any language Enrize Wellness is offered in. We reply in that language where we can, and always in Lithuanian if you write in Lithuanian. This is also our single point of contact under the EU Digital Services Act, both for people using Enrize Wellness and for the authorities: those of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services. A person reads and answers every message.

Complaints. Please write to us first: we reply within 14 days and try to put things right. If we can't agree, within a year of writing to us you can turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, A. Goštauto g. 12, 01108 Vilnius, vvtat.lrv.lt), which settles consumer disputes out of court free of charge; you can apply online at vtis.lt. We take part in its procedure. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre there can also help. See also the Privacy Policy.

Digital Services Act. If you think we haven't followed the EU Digital Services Act, you can also complain to the Digital Services Coordinator in the EU country where you live (in Lithuania, the Communications Regulatory Authority, Ryšių reguliavimo tarnyba, rrt.lt).
