Provider Terms

Last updated 20 October 2026

These terms apply when you list a service or a product on Enrize Wellness, from anywhere, run by UAB „Enrize“ (company code 307608150, Trinapolio g. 41, Vilnius, Lithuania). They add to the general Terms. You can read them here before you list, and at any time after, and save or print them. They're offered in these languages: English, Lietuvių, Latviešu, Eesti, Polski, Deutsch, Nederlands, Français, Español, Italiano, Português, Română, Dansk, Svenska, Suomi, Shqip. Every language version is equally valid.

Listing

  • You list as a business or a self-employed professional, not as a consumer, and you're 18 or over. That age is our own rule, not a legal one.
  • How you list. Fill in the form, check how your listing will show in search, tick the box to confirm that you run the business or are allowed to list it, that you agree to these terms and that you've read the Privacy Policy, and send it for review. Until you send it, you can correct anything in the form; after that, use your private link. We keep the version of these terms you accepted with your listing; ask us if you'd like a copy of it.
  • You list only services you run or products you sell, or that you're allowed to list, and the details you give (price, duration, place, description, photo) are true and kept up to date. You're responsible for what your listing says.
  • You hold the qualifications, licences, permits and insurance your services need where you provide them, and your products meet the rules where you sell them (for example on labelling and cosmetics safety).
  • A photo you upload must be yours, or one you're allowed to use, and must show your own place, work or product. It's checked with the rest of your listing before it shows, and a new photo is checked again before it replaces the old one.
  • There's no account needed. When you list you get a private link to edit, pause or delete your listing. Anyone with the link can change it, so keep it safe. If you lose it, write to us from the email on the listing. If you like, you can also link your listings to an account with your email and a password.
  • A person checks every listing before it goes live, and again when you change the link where people book or buy, add a new photo, or send it back to us after a change we asked for. How we check, and when we may decline, send back or take down a listing, is under Checks and decisions.
  • We count how many people click through to your site and show you the number once it reaches 10. We add “utm_source=enrize-wellness” to your link so you can see these visits in your own analytics.
  • If we listed your place before you joined. We may list a place from its own public website before it joins, marked “Not a partner yet”, with the prices, opening hours and photos it publishes there. If it's your place, write to hello@enrize.com: we'll change or remove the listing, or you can join and take it over.
  • Member deals are optional. If you add one, the code must be real, work in your checkout, and be honoured for Enrize Wellness members as described. You can change or remove it at any time from your manage link. We show the code only to signed-in members and tell you how many took it once at least 10 have. In Best order, a listing with a member deal comes before others that match a search equally well (see How listings are ordered); adding one is free.
  • Fees. Your first 6 months on Enrize Wellness are free, counted from the day your listing goes live. After that, listing costs €29.90 a month, or €251 a year paid in advance (30% less than monthly), plus VAT. Nothing is charged automatically: before your free months end, we'll ask whether you want to stay and on which plan, and if you don't choose one, your listing is paused, not deleted. You can stop at any time and keep the time you've already paid for.

Checks and decisions

A person at Enrize Wellness checks each listing against these terms and the law, before it goes live and after the changes above. We don't use automated tools to decide. “Fill it in with AI” only suggests a draft: you check it, decide what to send, and are responsible for it, as for the rest of your listing.

We may decline, send back or take down a listing, or delete its photo, only on these grounds:

  • Wrong details: the price, duration, place, description or link are wrong, misleading or out of date, or the link doesn't lead to the service or product.
  • Misleading claims: it makes medical or health claims, promises results, or makes environmental claims, such as “eco-friendly” or “green”, that you can't back up.
  • Not yours to list: you don't run the service or sell the product and aren't allowed to list it, or the listing passes itself off as someone else.
  • Licences and product rules: the service needs a qualification, licence, permit or insurance you don't have, or the product doesn't meet the rules where it's sold.
  • The photo: it isn't yours or one you're allowed to use, doesn't show your own place, work or product, or shows people who haven't agreed to it.
  • The member deal: the code doesn't work, or isn't honoured as described.
  • Not what we list: it isn't one of the kinds of service or product you can choose when you list.
  • Illegal content: it's illegal where it's offered, or infringes someone else's rights, such as copyright, a trade mark or their privacy.
  • Misuse: spam, duplicate listings, or attempts to mislead people or to game the order of results.
  • A legal duty or order: the law requires it, or a court or authority orders it.

Telling you why. Before or when a decision takes effect, unless the law stops us, we tell you which ground applies and what we saw, and for illegal content, which law it breaks. The listing doesn't show until you fix it and we approve it again; if we've also deleted its photo, we say so. If we act on someone's report, we say so, but not who made it, unless that's needed (for example, for a copyright claim). We show all this on your manage page and email it to the address on the listing. Reply to that email, or write to hello@enrize.com, and we'll look at it again and tell you the outcome. You can also go to court.

How listings are ordered

Where your listing shows depends on what people search for and the order they choose. In Best order, the order people start with, these count, most important first:

  • how well the listing matches the words people type (the name counts most), because that's what they're looking for;
  • real listings before demos;
  • partners before places we list from their own website that haven't joined yet, because a partner keeps its own listing up to date;
  • listings with a member deal before those without, because members come for the deals;
  • a balance of price and time, the cheaper and shorter together, the higher, to show good value first.

People can also sort by price or by time, and Discover deals services by how well they fit what people asked for: what they want to book counts most, then the city, the budget and the kind of venue. On the home page and among a place's other listings, real listings come before demos and partners before places that aren't partners yet, with Enrize picks first among them; we choose picks ourselves, once a quarter, and they can't be bought. Visitors can also see For you picks, made in their own browser from what they saved and liked, with new listings and member deals that fit first. Among partners, you can't pay to rank higher: there is one listing fee, and adding a member deal is free, with no share of it for us. All the details are in How results are ordered.

Your clients and customers

People book or buy and pay on your own site or marketplace, under your terms. You're responsible for your service or product, your prices, cancellations, delivery, returns and refunds, your clients' health and safety (including asking about allergies and conditions that matter for a treatment) and how you treat their data.

Selling elsewhere. You're free to offer your services and products elsewhere, at other prices and on other terms. A member deal is an offer for Enrize Wellness members, not a promise that you don't sell for less anywhere else.

Content

You let us show your listing, with its photo: on Enrize Wellness; to AI assistants and other apps that connect to it through our MCP endpoint (/mcp), which gives them listings' public details; and when we promote Enrize Wellness, for example on social media. This lasts for as long as it's listed. You keep all rights to your content.

Data

  • What you see: your listing, our decisions about it, and how many people clicked through to your site and how many members took your code, each once it reaches 10 (below that, “fewer than 10”).
  • What we see: everything in your listing, your email, the exact counts and the version of these terms you accepted. We use them to run Enrize Wellness and never sell them.
  • Who else: anyone can see your listing's public details. If you use “Fill it in with AI”, our AI provider sees what you give it (see the Privacy Policy). We don't give your email to anyone.
  • Never: who clicked through or took your code. We never give you, or anyone, their names, emails or anything else that identifies them.
  • After you leave: when you delete a listing, it's deleted with its photo and counts, and copies in backups expire within 30 days. If you'd like a copy of your data, ask us before you delete it.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when the law changes, when we add, change or stop a feature, or to deal with misuse. We'll email you each change, and the date it applies, at least 15 days before, or longer if you'll need more time to adapt. If you don't agree, you can delete your listings before then. You can accept a change sooner by telling us so in writing, or by listing something new after we've told you, unless we gave you more time because the change needs real work on your side. We never change terms for the past. We may only change them sooner when the law or an authority requires it, or to deal with an unforeseen and imminent danger such as fraud, malware or spam.

Ending

You can pause or delete a listing at any time. A listing that isn't live and hasn't changed for 3 years is deleted automatically. We may stop listing you altogether only for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, on the grounds under Checks and decisions. We tell you why by email at least 30 days before, unless the law requires us to act sooner or you've repeatedly broken these terms, and you can ask us to look at it again in that time. Questions: hello@enrize.com.

Reports and complaints

If you see something illegal on Enrize Wellness, report it as the Terms explain. If something suggests that someone's life or safety is in danger, we tell the police. For any complaint about Enrize Wellness, write to hello@enrize.com in any language Enrize Wellness is offered in: a person reads it, looks into it and answers you, in that language where we can. If you think we haven't followed the EU Digital Services Act, you can also complain to the Digital Services Coordinator in the EU country where you're established.
